Something I dig – Kimchi

Take a container of cabbage, add a bunch of spices and other stuff, anger it somehow, and then bury it. That’s how you make kimchi!
It may look nasty, and never ask anyone how it’s really made, but oh man is it delicious! It’s like a cold, pissed off salad.
