 As you all have come to know, I'm the resident music bum and I've taken it as my priority this year to introduce you all to as much new music as possible. Looking back, I did review quite of bit of independent music this year, so I've done my job. So, logically, one would presume that pretty much all my picks for 2005 would be some sort of music, however, once I finished looking over everything I reviewed this year, it simply was not the case. I discovered that my very random habit of reviewing movies took over and I could not pick any one album that I could honestly say is any better then two of the movies I reviewed this year. So, I know the suspense is killing you by now, here's my runner-up picks for 2005...

 My Bums' Game of the Year award is a prestigious award and it cannot be given out lightly. It has to at a bare minimum have superior graphics. It cannot look dated in any way. It must have the framrate of the Gods. It must have an epic storyline that makes you completely forget about your miserable life. It must completely immerse me on every level. The sound must be John Williams-esque. I have to not only see every minuscule raindrop, I have to be able to feel it. It has to be so good that it reminds me off why I bought the darn system in the first place...

 So Grandma Bum left a Franklin in Scraps’ stocking this year, and being the good Bum grandson, I told her I’d spend in wisely. See, she’s all about spending Christmas dough on entertainment, just as long as you get your dollar’s worth.

100.00 dollars sure is generous for my Grandma. My mumme lives on such a fixed income that paying me her whole social security check means a lot. Sure the money was meant for me to go to detox, but DVDs are just as good.

So grandma Bum decided to give me $100 for this holiday season. Her only requirement is that I spend it on something I really enjoy. Well anyone who knows me knows that their is only one thing I would consider spending it on - Video Games! I know what your thinking. $100 only buys two video games. Well I am here to tell you your wrong! You can build an entire game library for under $100.
